Creamed Cabbage with Mustard

The search for the ultimate roast package continues. This was a perfect accompaniment to pork wellington which also has a mustard element. Will 100% be adding into rotation as I love cabbage but it can be bland.

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, chopped into 2cm slices
300ml single cream
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
Method
Add the oil and chopped cabbage to a large pan.
Season with salt and pepper and fry over a medium/low heat, covered for around 10 min, stirring occasionally.
Pour the cream, wholegrain mustard, garlic and onion powder into the pan.
Stir to combine and continue to cook for another 4 mins, or until the cream has thickened to coat the cabbage.
Season with salt and lots of black pepper.
