Dill Pickle Dip

Yum and thrice yum. I'd even say it could do with a bit more pickle in there. Easy to play around with the quantities.



Ingredients

 

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ⅔ cup finely diced dill pickles

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

 

  1. Blend the cream cheese, yogurt/sour cream, pickle juice, garlic and onion powder together until creamy and fully combined.

  2. Add in the diced pickles and dill and fold to incorporate.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
