Balsamic Steak Marinade

The marinade really tenderises the meat, it has the right mix and acids, fats and science stuff. It's my go to as it goes with everything.

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp olive oil

• 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar

• 4 tbs Worcestershire sauce

• 4 tbsp soy sauce

• 2 tsp Dijon mustard

• 2 tsp minced garlic

• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Blend ingredients and marinade steak for at least 4 hours
