I am searching for the ultimate mayo sauce that comes with crispy prawns in Chinese restaurants. This is close.



Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp cream


Method


  1. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and milk (cream) together. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
